About the Role
RG Enterprise Consulting is a boutique management consulting firm specializing in post-merger integration, digital transformation, AI readiness, and program management for Fortune 500 and mid-market companies. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team and support delivery across active client engagements.
This is a hands-on role. You will not be sitting on the bench — you will be working on real programs, with real clients, under the guidance of experienced senior consultants from your first week.
What You Will Do
- Support senior consultants in planning and executing project and program workstreams
- Maintain project tracking tools — schedules, risk logs, action item registers, and status reports
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to track progress and surface blockers
- Prepare executive-ready status decks and weekly reports
- Assist in organizing and facilitating steering committee and workstream meetings
- Document decisions, action items, and meeting outcomes
- Support integration management office (IMO) activities on M&A engagements
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or consulting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English — Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Jira) is a plus
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
